The seven major cancer markets US, France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom and Japan) represented around 80% of the 2010 global cancer market (around $42 billion). The US dominated 2010 sales with a market share of 39.5% and the leading ten companies of the global cancer market represented 86.1% ($46 billion) of the total market.
